Shipping & Delivery Policy

Print Shipping
All art prints are shipped flat and carefully packaged to help protect them during transit. Prints are placed in a protective plastic sleeve with a rigid backing board and shipped in a rigid mailer.
Domestic shipping within the United States is a flat $9.95 per order.
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Estimated delivery time after shipment is generally 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
Please note that carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally affect delivery times.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available within a 12-mile radius of our designated delivery area in the Kansas City, Missouri area.
Local delivery is generally completed within 3–5 business days of your order.
You will receive a notification when your order is scheduled for delivery.
Local Pickup

Original Paintings
Original paintings are currently available for local delivery or individually arranged pickup only.
Original paintings are not currently available for nationwide shipping through the online store.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damaged packaging and artwork. We will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
